FAQS

There can be up to 2 people at a time in our large Smash Room and as many as you can fit comfortably in our Splash Room (we suggest no more than 4 adults or 6 kids for comfort). If you are attending with a larger group, please enjoy watching your friends on our live streams while you wait for your turn to SMASH!

When deciding on your weapon of destruction you can choose between sledge hammers, crowbars, baseball bats, hammers, mallets, pipe benders, oversized wrenches and more

While you do get to pick your package which includes specific types of items, it is at our discretion to mix and match the particulars.  You can choose from basic glassware, larger glass items, small appliances, electronics and furniture.

Children between the ages of 8 and 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with the purchase of a duo package or larger for the Super Smash experience. The Super Splash experience is open to any age!

YES YOU CAN!  

We reserve the right to refuse any item we see unfit for smashing though.

All guests must wear closed-toe shoes, long sleeve shirts, and pants for our Smash Room.  We provide all safety gear. You are welcome to wear whatever you choose in our Splash Room however we are not responsible for any paint on your clothing.  We do provide smocks.

We have a very strict no-refund policy! You may reschedule your appointment under unique circumstances but must get prior approval from a Super Smash Rooms manager.
